BOI E-Filing

The Beneficial Ownership Information Report under the Corporate Transparency Act is a one-time filing for each entity or business. It's straightforward and the direct link is here. It's not overly complex - maybe 15 minutes if you are a single owner and already have a picture of your driver's license handy.
